In June I was in Iceland for 10 days with some of my photographer friends, on a tour arranged by Paula da Silva.  It is a place that stays with you long after you leave.  Everyone who I knew who had been there told me and they were right.  I didnt write about it here, even with the best of intentions,  I was lazy and posted my photos and adventures on Facebook.  Bad blogger me.   Blogs are something that you either are invested in and skilled at keeping up, or something that nags at you like that pile of clean laundry that needs to be folded and put away.  Perhaps that is because I don't think many people read blogs anymore.

I photographed at the Equestrians Institute annual Beaujolais/Chablis Dressage and Breed show at Donida Farm in WA and then in July photographed Dressage at DevonWood.  The photo proofs for these events can be found in my galleries by clicking on the gallery sales site button at the top of this page.

Coming up is the annual Oregon Dressage Society Open & Championship Show in September. Photographic Services at the show are by sign up.  The sign up link is at the top of this page.  The show dates of September 9-10-11 are flanked on both sides of the week by breed inspections, KWPN at Sonnenberg Farm September 7 and AHHA at Wild Turkey Farm September 12.

That ends my event season and continues my private session schedule on farm and stable locations until we run out of good weather.
